When I was 17, my business that I started earlier the previous year was earning me so much money that for a while I had lost interested in school and I began to skip. All that mattered was my business (nothing has changed since then either).
I skipped with the full knowledge and awareness that I was going to get caught.
I reasoned to myself:
Ok, i’m going to get nabbed. What can happen?
1) my parents will try to ground me but that NEVER worked before. I was the type of kid who always said “yah right” and then just walk out the door.
2) My parents didnt believe in spankings. So that wasnt going to happen. Especially at 17.
3) I might get detention after school….but what if I skip detention? Nothing will happen.
4) My dad might really yell at me loudly. But… I’ll zone out and hear “blaaaaaaah blaaaaaah blaaaaah”
5) They might put me into a “special school for troubled kids”. big deal. I’ll skip that too.
I only cared about my business. That was and is my lottery ticket.

If I get caught by a female teacher I just lie ‘Oh, I just had to do this (enter job) for (enter random teacher). If it;s a male teacher it;s just ‘Aww, you won’t report me will you? *Looking as cute as hell* No? Good boy! *Smile*

One of my best friends in High School didn’t get to graduate with the rest of the class. He was ratted out by a teacher. He went to the office almost every morning and got an excuse from one of the office volunteers (His girl friend)
I don;t remember what the girls’ punishment was, but he got expelled. This teacher took roll every day I think it was chemistry or some really hard class. and the teacher thought he might be failing the course if he didn’t stop the ruse. Better if he flunked the class? Don’t know. He’s driving trucks now.
