Or that they will “mother” you?
Nevertheless this is relating to If someones Moon falls in your 1st house: Does that mean they love everything about you? that you may possibly really should solve complications without some help. No and No.
What it means is this: They react emotionally (their Moon) to the outer expression of your personality (1st house). This can be a negative reaction, a positive reaction, or someone one or the other.
It depends on whatever aspects their own planets make to their Moon in their birth chart (how well do they handle their own emotions?) …
and it depends on whatever aspects your planets make to their Moon (how, overall, do you impact them on an emotional level?).
One thing is sure … when someone has their Moon in your 1st house, they do not remain unmoved by you … one way or another. Of course, if this is a romantic relationship, during the infatuation period, they will love everything about you … but that will change once the brain restores its previous brain chemistry (a process called “habituation” that always occurs within 2 years at the longest).
IF their Moon is within 8 degrees of your Ascendant, then their Moon is conjunct your Ascendant. This creates a very strong, lasting emotional bond. Lasting, but not always pleasant. Sometimes excessive emotionality and touchiness makes it a very difficult, uncomfortable, conflict-ridden BUT lasting relationship. Yet the emotional bond and attraction tends to remain, whether or not the relationship is happy. This is ONLY when a conjunct aspect is present (within 8 degrees).

Hehehe.
Might wanna look up “wishful thinking.”
However, I have my Moon in 2 people’s 1st house and when I think of it, I do like both of them quite a lot and being the misanthrope that I often am that actually speaks quite a lot. “Love everything about them” might be a little too strong although my black-and-white Mercury conjunct Pluto in Scorpio hates (or rather ignores) 90% of the people and puts the rest 10% on a pedestal so from that point of view (and Mercury is also in my 7th house) you could say that yeah, I like them quite a lot which might be what most people call love.
I do try to mother both of them and it makes me feel good. I’ve called the girl “my daughter” sometimes (not in her presence) and the boy “my son” (not in his presence although he’s called me “mother” once jokingly). The girl is going through the divorce of her parents and her mother is behaving quite irresponsibly in the process so she does need some mothering at present methinks. I try not to be too intrusive with either of them although with a Scorpio Venus that’s not quite possible.
