Main problem made by Tommy: Am I wrong for thinking that a movie other people see as disgusting is really touching and heartbreaking?
A couple days ago, I watched Diane Keaton’s “The Good Mother.” I mean, she lost her daughter, then she loses her boyfriend in the end too? There’s just something so heart-breaking, so heart-wrenching about it and it struck a cord. Did anyone else cry?
This is exactly guidance on Am I wrong for thinking that a movie other people see as disgusting is really touching and heartbreaking? that you’ll really need to fix conditions alone. Perhaps it will help in many ways, and build yourself considerably better. Thinking guidance on Am I wrong for thinking that a movie other people see as disgusting is really touching and heartbreaking? might possibly be the very best one day.

Hi Tommy,
But I have seen movies where I have been touched and others have not.
I believe it is all to do with the incident striking a chord with our own life experiences, that have meant something to us in the past.
Glad to see you allow your emotions to come forth.
Gone are the days of the ‘stiff upper lip’ and macho image of ‘men don’t cry’.

@ MGD: It doesn’t matter that he cried. He’s asking if there’s something wrong with him FOR LIKING SOMETHING that people thought (or think) was/is disgusting and disturbing (i.e. the sexual liberation of a child).
And no, there is nothing wrong with like it. We all have different tastes.
