Doubt made by Hi: Can someone translate this to Spanish for me?

How do you say “She is old enough to be my mother”?

I am in Spanish 2 and am wondering. Is it “Ella es suficiente vieja para ser mi madre”?

And how would you say “Ah!” or “Oh my!” or something that means something shocking?
