How Iranians are illegal in the United States, what about the children?

Dilemma merely by Mama Outlaw: how do Iranians feel about their illegitimate American children?

There are american children born to “single mothers” who were sired by iranian fathers. Do they feel anything about their fatherless children?

Which bothers them more–that their children are “hybrid” or that they are going to be raised as non-Muslim Americans?

What does shiite islam have to say about this?

And…when these guys used to make “mutah marriage” why didn’t that make their illegitimate children legitimate?

This is really facts to consider about how do Iranians feel about their illegitimate American children? you will preferably should fix concerns their selves. Perhaps this will help to in many ways, and make the way you live much better. Desiring facts to consider about how do Iranians feel about their illegitimate American children? would be a treatment for a long time.

Shia registers the child of Mut’ah as legitimate and the child of its father and it inherits from the father and all of its responsibilities (expenses, place to live, guardianship, education, etc.) are upon the father just like the child from Nikah.

If someone refuses to accept this (the responsibility of their child), then they have not followed what their religion tells them and have made a sin and the responsibility still stays with them.

This is of course if they have made a Mut’ah marriage and have not (alyazu bi’llah) commited adultery or engaged in prostitution .

Mut’ah is different from adultery and is DEFINATLY not prostitution because:

1- It is allowed in Islam (Quran 4:24 + It was allowed at the time of the Prophet SAWA and even Abu Bakr, Umar banned it);

2- A virgin girl needs the permission of her father for Mu’tah the same way as Nikah, although marrying a virgin girl by Mut’ah is Makrooh.

3- After Mu’tah the woman has to keep an Idda if she has been intimate during her marriage, so she can’t be with one person today and another one tomorrow, therefore the father of any child she gives birth to is known;

4- A woman can only be in one marriage at one time, whether it’s Nikah or Mut’ah;

5- The child of Mu’tah is legitimate in Islam and inherits from its parents.
